The Task
The agency was tasked with the comprehensive organization of a two-day intensive training program for Ukrainian lawyers and human rights defenders within the framework of the long-term project «Human Rights Infrastructure for Ukraine» (2025–2027). The client’s main objective was to provide participants with practical tools for protecting the rights of people affected by the war and to equip them with effective approaches for responding to current challenges.
The workshop program was highly intensive and covered six major thematic blocks: from algorithms for obtaining the status of a person with a war-related disability and protecting the rights of individuals deprived of personal liberty, to the legal status of persons missing under special circumstances, social guarantees, compensation for destroyed property through the Register of Damage, and credit-related legal issues of internally displaced persons (IDPs). The agency was required to ensure a complete end-to-end operational cycle for regional delegates, create a seamless working infrastructure, and handle specific technical tasks related to the recording and documentation of materials.
Event Organization
For the implementation of the project, the «Kyiv» Hotel was selected, with its conference facilities fully meeting the requirements for safety and protocol standards. The agency’s team ensured the following tasks were completed:
- Interregional Logistics: centralized selection and purchase of tickets for participants from different regions of Ukraine, as well as coordination of their accommodation at the hotel.
- Conference Service and Catering: preparation of a dedicated working space for extended training sessions. Organization of off-site catering and regular provision of hot lunches to optimize the timing of breaks.
- Technical Support: installation of sound and presentation equipment to ensure accurate presentation of complex legal and judicial documentation.
Project Features and Challenges
The main feature of the project was the need to create a digital archive based on the analysis of six complex thematic blocks. Since the program included unique legal practice and expert analysis of specialized cases, it was essential for the client to preserve these materials for further use within the project until 2027.
The agency’s technical department implemented full real-time online recording of video conferences. The main challenge was ensuring high-quality audio and accurate capture of presentation materials during intensive discussions. After the workshop, the team carried out professional post-production of the recorded materials, structuring the videos according to each of the six thematic areas, which allowed the client to receive ready-to-use and convenient educational video content.
The Result
The two-day workshop was successfully conducted in full compliance with the established agenda and intensive schedule. Regional legal professionals received a complete range of logistical services and comfortable working conditions, allowing them to fully focus on studying algorithms for protecting the rights of people affected by the war. The client positively evaluated the level of conference services, the quality of off-site catering, and the speed of preparation of the final edited video materials, confirming the agency’s expertise in managing specialized educational projects.
