The Task

To organize a full complex of logistical services for a delegation of 27 participants visiting the international exhibition AGRITECHNICA in Hanover. The project included selecting flights, booking accommodation, organizing transfers, and accompanying participants throughout the entire trip.

Project Features and Challenges

One of the biggest challenges was the high occupancy of Hanover and surrounding cities during the AGRITECHNICA exhibition. Due to the massive influx of visitors from all over the world, most hotels were booked well in advance, and accommodation costs increased significantly. This required a prompt search for optimal lodging options that combined comfort, availability, and convenient transport links to the exhibition center.

An additional challenge was organizing the arrival of participants from different countries and cities. It was necessary to select flights in a way that maximized arrival synchronization, minimized waiting times, and ensured the smooth operation of group transfers. An important component of the project was also coordinating all logistical processes in accordance with the exhibition schedule and planned business meetings.

The Result

All participants arrived in Hanover according to the planned schedule and began their participation in the exhibition without delays. Thanks to effective planning, the team managed to optimize logistics, ensure comfortable accommodation, timely transfers, and continuous accompaniment of the group throughout all four days. The comprehensive trip organization allowed the delegation to fully focus on their work at the exhibition, conducting business meetings, and establishing new international partnerships.
