The Task
In June 2026, our team provided comprehensive logistics management for a group of participants attending the international defense exhibition Eurosatory 2026, which took place from June 15 to 19 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center near Paris. The event is one of the world’s largest exhibitions in the field of defense and security, bringing together government representatives, military organizations, defense equipment manufacturers, and international companies every year.
Our team was tasked with ensuring seamless logistics for all delegation members traveling to France from different European countries. The client’s main requirement was to synchronize the routes so that participants, despite departing from different cities, would arrive in Paris at almost the same time. To achieve this, we developed customized flight itineraries taking into account flight schedules, connection times, travel duration, and potential operational risks.
Project features and challenges
In addition to arranging air travel, we provided accommodation bookings, taking into account the specific requirements of participation in the defense equipment exhibition. One of the key criteria when selecting the hotel was the availability of sufficient infrastructure for accommodating large vehicles, in particular trucks transporting exhibition equipment and machinery. This ensured secure parking, convenient access to the exhibition venue, and efficient coordination of the exhibition setup process.
A comprehensive approach to planning the routes, accommodation, and transport logistics allowed the client to fully focus on participation in the exhibition, negotiations with partners, and presentation of their products, while all organizational matters were handled by our team.
The Result
The result of the project was the timely arrival of all participants, uninterrupted delivery of exhibition equipment, and successful provision of logistical support for the delegation at one of the largest international defense events.
