Conference Manager (MICE)

Your main tasks

• Organizing and coordinating corporate events for the company’s clients
• Developing event concepts and programs
• Preparing cost estimates and controlling project budgets
• Selecting locations, hotels, and contractors
• Managing logistics and controlling project timelines
• Communicating with clients, contractors, speakers, and participants
• Supporting events at all stages of execution
• Preparing reporting and analyzing results after project completion

What is important to us

• Experience in MICE, event management, or project management
• Practical experience working with budgets and contractors
• High level of organization and ability to work with deadlines
• Developed communication and negotiation skills
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Readiness for business trips (up to 20% of working time)

Will be an advantage

• Knowledge of English
• Experience in organizing large-scale corporate events
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or service industries
